ENSINO MÉDIO

No ensino médio Jang ouviu algumas músicas do cantor e compositor Ken Hirai (J-pop) ,e desde então ele foi inspirado pelo estilo J-pop para começar a aprender japonês por conta própria. Na escola secundária, Geun Suk foi para a Nova Zelândia, onde estudou na Nelson Colleg, em 2003, para aprender inglês e japonês. Mesmo que Jang quisesse continuar com seus estudos na Nova Zelândia, uma oferta de trabalho o trouxe de voltar para a Coréia do Sul. Ele recebeu um papel na comédia popular da MBC, Nonstop 4. Depois do seu trabalho nessa comédia, Jang Geun Suk caiu numa recessão autorecepção e começou a achar que sua atuação não estava boa o suficiente. Então, ele decidiu se dedicar para se tornar um verdadeiro ator.

HIGH SCHOOL

In high school Jang heard some songs from singer-songwriter Ken Hirai (J-pop), and since then he was inspired by the J-pop style to start learning Japanese on his own. In secondary school, Geun Suk went to New Zealand, where he studied at Nelson Colleg in 2003 to learn English and Japanese. Even though Jang wanted to continue his studies in New Zealand, a job offer brought him back to South Korea. He received a role in MBC's popular comedy, Nonstop 4. After his work on this comedy, Jang Geun Suk fell recession and began to feel that his performance was not good enough. So he decided to devote himself to becoming a true actor.

Mini Biography:
Keunsuk made his debut as a 10 year old actor in TV sitcom, "We sell happiness".
He also appeared in TV sitcom "Nonstop 4" in 2003, soap opera "Lovers in Prague" in 2005.
With significant success of starring role as "Eunho" in the soap opera, "Hwang Ji Yi" in 2006, Keunsuk has proved himself capable of handling versatile characters.
He has not only hosted a show but also appeared in musical(Theseus, 2004, and Hercules, 2005)
